TY fiber blanket, block
TY refractory fiber blanket is made of special filament refractory fiber by strengthening needle punching process. The reinforced needling process greatly improves the degree of fiber interweaving, improves the anti-delamination performance of the fiber blanket, and makes the TY fiber blanket have good tensile strength without affecting its flexibility. The TY reinforced needle blanket process does not use any binder to ensure that the fiber blanket has good reliability and stability at high temperatures. TY refractory fiber block adopts TY fiber needled blanket, which is folded or cut into pieces by professional technology, and then pressed into SeberBlok block or UNiblok block. Special equipment for TY block processing is used in the block making process to ensure accurate block size. The block can be connected with the furnace body using anchors. The installation method is simple and convenient, which greatly speeds up the construction speed.
