TY high temperature adhesive
PGN-9901-type and PGN-9902-type high-temperature binders are acidic and alkaline inorganic gelling agents, which have the characteristics of high bonding strength at room temperature, short hardening time, low porosity, and high load softening temperature. When in use, the refractory mud is first added and stirred evenly to form a paste. When the paste matrix is heavy material (such as castable, plastic, refractory brick), the PGN-9901 type should be selected; when the paste matrix is fiber material, the PGN-9902 type should be selected. PGN-9903 type and PGN-9904 type high temperature slurry are acidic and alkaline respectively, which can be applied to the paste of refractory fiber, the masonry of wall, and the paste strength is high. When using, first mix the mud fully, if it feels too dry, add water to dilute it as appropriate. HT type PMF high temperature coating is a kind of composite coating to enhance the surface of the fiber, can improve the heat resistance and anti erosion performance of the fiber, coated on the surface of the fiber, after high temperature sintering, the coating can withstand 80-90 m/s air flow erosion. Smearing or blowing process can be used when used.
