Classification of Polycrystalline Fibers
PMF(polycrystalline fiber) Is the latest ultra-light heat-resistant insulation material in the world. It consists of mullite microcrystals. Polycrystalline fiber It combines the characteristics of crystalline materials and fibrous materials with excellent thermal stability. The use temperature is 1500 ℃, the melting point is 1840, the thermal conductivity is 1/6 of the traditional refractory brick, and the bulk density is only 1/25 of the traditional refractory brick. It is an ideal material for high temperature furnace to save energy and increase production.
