1. Efforts to improve the operating rate of the kiln system.
The operating rate represents a series of problems such as whether the production is normal, whether the operation is fine and stable, and the number of failure starts and stops. The refractory material of precalciner kiln production line is afraid of opening and stopping the kiln, especially the polycrystalline mullite fiber at the kiln mouth is an easily damaged part. The higher the continuous operation rate of the kiln, the longer the life of the polycrystalline mullite fiber. In the event of abnormal failures such as preheater blockage, the surface temperature of the kiln mouth lining will drop from about 1400 to 100 to 200 in more than 10 hours. After troubleshooting, the temperature will rise sharply to normal temperature. Such a violent alternation of cold and heat will occur repeatedly, the high temperature structure of the cast body is destroyed, easy to burst, spalling, and has a great impact on the service life.
2. Water addition of polycrystalline mullite fibers
Hydraulic polycrystalline mullite fibers rely on the mixing of water and a binder to produce the initial strength required for forming and flow. On the other hand, as long as the amount of water and binder can achieve this purpose, the amount of water added is as small as possible to meet the lower construction fluidity of each part. When the lining is baked at high temperature, it will produce high temperature sintering strength that can withstand the working temperature.
3. Attach great importance to the mixing and homogenization process.
The crystal fiber manufacturer said that the importance of this work is mainly reflected in the fact that the refractory material will generate a certain mineral phase at high temperature, which is the result of the chemical reaction of various elements in the furnace lining. The various high temperature properties depend on the mineral phase and its degree of homogenization. Similarly, only the uniformity of the components in the raw materials is conducive to the reaction and the formation of the mineral phase; second, only the binder and its moisture are evenly dispersed and evenly wrapped on the surface of the material particles can be condensed more tightly and firmly.

After stirring well, slowly add insufficient water and continue stirring. The total stirring time should be controlled within 5 minutes to avoid long-term stirring to ensure that the polycrystalline mullite fiber has good flow plasticity and does not occur. The mixed materials should be put out to avoid marathon construction while mixing, and at the same time make time for the next mixing preparation.
