1) After the polycrystalline fiber is pasted for 30min, a layer film with initial strength is formed between the binder and the fiber. The layer film formed during this period is not allowed to break. In other words, after 30min of construction, the fiber cannot be pre-compressed and extruded. Otherwise, after the initial layer film is damaged, the adhesive cannot be replenished, forming a fiber and adhesive layer. After the oven, the fiber is in point contact with the furnace body.

2) The amount of pre-pressure shrinkage is insufficient in the construction process, the local temperature is too high in the use process, and the gap at the joint of the fiber unit increases after a period of time. When the furnace is stopped for maintenance, the shrinkage joint must be blocked with similar fibers to avoid vicious circle, which is more important for the whole fiber furnace structure.
